On
the 10th anniversary of 9/11 terrorist attacks, the Organization of the
Islamic Cooperation (OIC) joins the international community in
remembering the horrendous and cowardly act of terrorism
and the tragic
loss of thousands of innocent human lives. The OIC was among the first
in expressing shock and horror at the dastardly terrorist attack and in
condemning it in
the strongest terms¹. 



The OIC seizes this
opportunity to reiterate its firm position of condemning terrorism
in
all its forms and manifestations and to underscore that terrorism is a
repugnant malady that seeks to destroy the fundamental ethos of
humanity. This principled position of the OIC against terrorism and
extremism is clearly stated in the OIC Ten Year Programme
of Action
adopted by the Heads of State and Government in 2005.²The perpetrators of terror
have no respect
for human life or dignity³
and pursue an agenda of hate⁴
and destruction⁵.
They have no character, follow no faith⁶
and live by a
dogma of violence⁷. The OIC that is
guided by principles
of peace
and
tolerance and moderation and modernization, is a major partner
of the
international, community in combating terrorism. In doing so, the OIC
Member States have themselves become the targets of terrorists and have
paid a heavy price in terms of human life and damage to property. The
OIC endeavors to combat
terrorism at its roots⁸ whatever its
possible
underpinnings, whether political, economic, social or technological.
This stand has been evidenced over the past decades through the
Organization’s endeavors to mobilize energies and efforts to fight
against terrorism. The OIC’s efforts were further strengthened with the
establishment of the Convention on Combating
Terrorism in July 1999.
Perhaps, it is the only available Convention which defines terrorism⁹,
so far. 



In its firm belief that
combating terrorism requires a multi dimensional approach and not only
the use of military means to guarantee sustainable peace, the OIC
attaches enormous importance to identifying and addressing the root
causes of conflicts and disputes¹⁰.
Dealing with
conflict through
the
comprehensive approach obviously carries huge potential benefits. 



In this regard, the OIC has
been vocal in calling for historical
reconciliation among
different
religions, cultures, and civilizations¹¹, which would be seen as
catalyst
to debunk the myth of “clash of civilizations”¹²
elevated by the tragic
events of 9/11, which have, also, helped, unfortunately, the
Islamophobes to pursue with their discriminatory agenda towards Islam
and Muslims. It is worth mentioning that the OIC has always emphasized
that the international
community should act in the spirit of moderation
and dialogue to eliminate
all forms of hatred, intolerance and
discrimination.¹³ The OIC
believes that the limits of
discrimination and
racism have already been defined by existing international human rights
instruments, including the consensually adopted HRC Resolution 16/18.
It is equally important to recall the need to observe the UNGA
Resolution 62/272 of September 5, 2008, which
negates the association
of Islam to terrorism.¹⁴ The OIC,
in this regard, calls
for the
full
adherence¹⁵
to these and other similar resolutions and
instruments. 



While commending the
initiatives of the international community on combating terrorism, the
OIC reiterates its readiness to cooperate with any
credible initiative in addressing the root causes and
consequences of
terrorism with a view to having a safer world free from the evil
faces
of terrorism for our future generations.

   the terrorist attacks on the 11th of September 2001, the OIC issued a
   statement condemning the « brutal and criminal » acts, stating that
   they are in contradiction wth the teachings of Islam. The
   statementunderlined the need to distinguish the terrorism practised by
   groups and individuals from the national resistance of peoples for
   liberation from occupation and colonialism.”  Strongest possible
   terms? “Allah” & “damn”  are missing. That condemnation falls
   far short.

   VI.      Combating terrorism

    

   1.            Emphasize the
   condemnation of
   terrorism in all its forms, and reject any
   justification or rationalization for it, consider it as a global
   phenomenon that is not
   connected with any religion, race, color, or
   country, and distinguish
   it from the legitimate resistance to foreign
   occupation, which does not sanction the killing of innocent civilians.

    

   2.            Introduce
   comprehensive qualitative changes to national laws and legislations in
   order to criminalize all terrorist practices as well as all practices
   to support, finance, or instigate terrorism.

    

   3.            Affirm commitment to
   the OIC Convention on Combating Terrorism, participate
   actively in international counter-terrorism efforts, and endeavor to
   implement the recommendations of the International Conference on
   Combating Terrorism, held in Riyadh in February 2005, including the
   establishment of an International Center for Combating Terrorism, as
   well as the recommendations of the Special Meeting of OIC Foreign
   Ministers on Terrorism, held in Kuala Lumpur in April 2002.

    

   4.            Support
   efforts to develop an International Code of Conduct to Combat Terrorism
   and to convene an international conference or a special session of the
   UN General Assembly to reiterate the international consensus on
   establishing a comprehensive strategy to combat this dangerous
   phenomenon.

3. [...]“I have been ordered
   to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped
   but Allah.’ And if they say so,
   pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will
   be sacred to us[...][Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387] Islam does not hold our
   lives & property sacred until we become Muslims at sword point. It
   is Islam that disrespects life &
   liberty. 
4. 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way

   1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned
   Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray
   (such as the Christians).

   2:161. Verily, those who disbelieve, and die
   while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of
   the angels and of mankind, combined.

   2:162. They will abide therein
   (under the curse in Hell), their punishment will neither be
   lightened, nor will they be reprieved.

   98:6.
   Verily, those who disbelieve
   (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the
   Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They
   are the worst of creatures.

5. 3:110. You
   [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet
   Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you
   enjoin Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has
   ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that
   Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of
   the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better
   for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are
   Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh – and rebellious against Allâh’s
   Command).

   3:111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if
   they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will
   not be helped.

   3:112. Indignity is put over
   them wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of
   protection) from Allâh, and from men; they have drawn on themselves the
   Wrath of Allâh, and destruction
   is put over them. This is because they disbelieved in
   the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)
   of Allâh and killed the Prophets without right. This is because they
   disobeyed (Allâh) and used to transgress beyond bounds (in Allâh’s
   disobedience, crimes and sins).

   59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers
   among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî
   An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think
   that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would
   defend them from Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place
   whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own
   dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then
   take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

6. What did they say when they slit the
   throats of the flight crews? “Allahhu Akbar”; “follow no faith”? What
   sort of Muslim follows no faith?

7. Bukhari
   Ch 61 # 2756: …It is mentioned from Ibn ‘Umar from the Prophet, may
   Allah bless him and grant him peace, “My provision has been placed
   under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been
   placed on the one who disobeys my command.

   2:216. Jihâd
   (holy fighting in Allâh’s Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims)
   though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is
   good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh
   knows but you do not know.

   8:39. And fight
   them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism:
   i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for
   Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease
   (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer
   of what they do.

   9:29. Fight
   against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last
   Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His
   Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e.
   Islâm) among the people of the
   Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with
   willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

8. Terrorism is rooted in the Qur’an &
   sunnah.  To combat terrorism, it is necessary to abjure &
   curse the following ayat & ahadith without any hesitation, evasion
   or mental reservation whatsoever. No Muslim will abjure & curse
   these verses because by so doing, he would sign his own death warrant.
   I refer doubters & dissenters to Reliance of the Traveller, O8.1 & O8.7-7.

   3:151. We
   shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve,
   because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent
   no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of
   the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers).

   8:12.
   (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you,
   so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the
   hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and
   smite over all their fingers and toes.”

   8:57.
   So if you gain the mastery
   over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who
   are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

   8:60.
   And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of
   war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allâh
   and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom
   Allâh does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allâh
   shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.

   9:120.
   It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the
   neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh’s Messenger (Muhammad  when
   fighting in Allâh’s Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer
   their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst
   nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the
   anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is
   written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely,
   Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn

   33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture
   who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their
   forts and cast terror
   into their hearts, (so that) a
   group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

   33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and
   their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh
   is Able to do all things.

   59:2.
   He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the

   59:13. Verily, you
   (believers in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic
   Monotheism) are more awful as
   a fear in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh.
   That is because they are a people who comprehend
   not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

   Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:

   Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:

   The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given
   to any one else before me.

   1. Allah made me victorious by
   awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one
   month’s journey.

   2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for
   praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my
   followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.

   3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful
   for anyone else before me.

   4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of
   Resurrection).

   5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been
   sent to all mankind.

   Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:

   Narrated Abu Huraira:

   Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the
   shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with
   terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was
   sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and
   put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world
   and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet
   did not benefit by them).

   33:21.
   Indeed in the Messenger of
   Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for
   him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and
   remembers Allâh much.

   Moe is the Muslim role model; what did he do? How was he made
   victorious?  There is the tap root of terrorism.

9. OIC Convention on
   Combating Terrorism

   “Terrorism” means any act of violence
   or threat thereof notwithstanding its motives or intentions
   perpetrated
   to carry out
   an individual or collective criminal plan with the aim of terrorizing
   people or threatening to harm them or imperiling their lives,
   honor,
   freedoms, security or rights or exposing the environment or any
   facility or public or private property to hazards or occupying or
   seizing them, or endangering a national resource, or international
   facilities, or threatening the stability, territorial integrity,
   political unity or sovereignty of independent States

   This
   paragraph from the convention’s preamble shows us exactly why the U.N.
   is not able to define terrorism:  The OIC refuses to admit the
   fact that the PLO, HAMAS & Hezbollah are terrorists.

   Confirming the legitimacy of the right
   of peoples to struggle against foreign occupation and colonialist and
   racist regimes by
   all means, including armed struggle to liberate their territories and
   attain their rights to self-determination and independence in
   compliance with the purposes and principles of the Charter and
   resolutions of the United Nations

10. The real cause
    is Allah’s damnable jihad imperatives enshrined in Surah Al-Anfal &
    Surah At-Taubah.

11. How is reconciliation possible
    between Islam and Judaism?  “Worst of living creatures”, “those
    who earned Allah’s wrath”, “fight those who”, “He would certainly keep
    on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection,
    those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment.”[7:167],
    “The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and
    the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There
    is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”"[Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177].
12. The clash is between
    civilization and barbarism represented by Islam.
13. Start by eliminating
    Islam, if you have any common sense.
14. UNGA
    Resolution 62/272 does not mention Islam
    or its association
    with terrorism.  Other resolutions do, on the insistence of
    the OIC.

    • 6 Expresses deep
      concern in this respect that Islam is
      frequently and wrongly
      
      associated with human
      rights violations and terrorism and, in this
      regard, regrets the laws or

      administrative measures specifically designed to control and monitor
      Muslim minorities, thereby

      stigmatizing them and legitimizing the discrimination they experience;

    • 7  Reaffirms the commitment of all States to the
      implementation, in an integrated

      manner, of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy,
      adopted without a vote by the

      General Assembly in its resolution
      60/288 of 8 September 2006 and
      reaffirmed by the Assembly

      in its resolution 62/272 of 5 September 2008, in which it clearly
      reaffirms, inter alia, that

      terrorism cannot and
      should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization
      or
      
      group, as well
      as
      the need to reinforce the commitment of the international community to

      promote, among other things, a culture of peace and respect for all
      religions, beliefs and cultures

      and to prevent the defamation of religions;

    • A/C.3/62/L.35
    • Further
      expresses its deep concern
      that Islam is frequently and wrongly
      
      associated with human
      rights violations and terrorism;
15. Islam demands that it be shielded
    from exposure; that we be prevented from lifting the lid of the septic
    tank so that the world can see and smell Islam as it really is.  I
    intend, whenever I see that demonic demand reiterated, to use it as an
    occasion for lifting that lid.  Terrorism is an intrinsic
    sacrament of Islam. This fatal fact is established by the numerous ayat
    and two hadith which sanctify & exemplify terrorism.

Yes, the OIC remembers the accursed abomination,
with swelling pride & satisfaction at the havoc wrought by the
magnificent 19, who earned Brownie Points towards better seats in
Allah’s Celestial Bordello  by steps taken to injure & enrage
disbelievers ten years ago.  No, they do not condemn terrorism
because to do so would make them apostates, subject to execution.

Islam is a package deal: all or
nothing. It is not possible to renounce terrorism without
renouncing Islam, which is why they won’t do it.  From this day
forward, you can ask any Muslim: “how did Allah make Muhammad
victorious?”. When he lies to you, you can cite Sahih Bukhari, 1.7.331:
“Allah made me victorious by
awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one
month’s journey. ” and 4.52.220: “I have been made victorious with
terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy),”

From this day forward, when any Muslim asserts
falsely that terrorism is harram, you can cite the numerous ayat which
sanctify it, the best of which, although indirect, is 9:120, which
promises rewards for any step taken to injure or enrage
disbelievers.  8:27 & 59: 2 fit together hand in glove,
forming a congruent pattern which can not be denied.

OIC: United Stand Against Intolerance ?

Last March, the HRC passed a new resolution which was said to abandon
the nefarious “defamation of religions” concept, substituting “negative
stereotyping” & “incitement”.  That is the official position;
divergent from objective factual reality. The distinction is without
difference, and the amended verbiage is persiflage.

That fact is exposed by a March 24 address to the
HRC by Mr.
Zamir Akram, Pakistan’s Ambassador.   He made it clear that
the new resolution does not abrogate previous resolutions, instead, it
confirms them.  His speech is dissected in detail here.

 

Mr.
President: this resolution addresses a number of issuesover which the OIC has been
expressing concern over the years. having said  that, I wish to
state categorically that this resolution does not replace earlier
resolutions on combating  defamation.which were adopted by the Human
Rights Council  and remain valid.  This resolution L.38
is an attempt on the part of the oic to build consensuson an issue of vital importance
not only to Muslims but to people of all religions  and beliefs by
identifying  ways and means to deal with the growing problems of
religious incitementand
discrimination and incitement to hatredand violencebased on religion or belief.

The Secretary General of the OIC also addressed the HRC on the subject of the new resolution.

OIC has a principled postition against
defamation of any  religion, dehumanization of the followers or
denigration of symbols  sacred   to
all     religions.    The
developments  including the ban of construction of minarets, the
attempts towards burning of Qur’an and the use of Islamophobiaas an instrument of electoral politics are ominous.  There is an
urgent need to initiate and sustain what I would like to term as
‘preventive  cultural    diplomacy’.
We   need  to  move beyond  event based calls
for action to create spaces for structured engagement   The
Human Rights   framework provides with a concrete basis for
this engagement.   We believe that tbe workshops on
incitement to hatred under the Durban mandate constitute and important
avenue for a synthesis  aimed at bridging the divergence of views.

The Secretary General has spoken out again, this
time uttering & publishing a lie so egregious that it must be
refuted immediately.  It is necessary to rub his snout in his mess
of deception.

 “The OIC has never sought
to limit freedom of expression, give Islam preferential
treatment, curtail creativity or allow discrimination against religious
minorities in Muslim countries. “

  Secretary-General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu expressed his dismay and
  disappointment at the release of the book despite
  the fact that he, and some leaders of Muslim countries, had personally
  written letters to the foreign minister of Denmark, urging the Danish
  government to stop the publication of the book because of its
  highly provocative and inciting content.[Khaleej Times Habib Shaikh]
• Tajikistan,
  current
  chair of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has
  sent an official
  request to the UN to pressure Norway to stop publication of a
  reprint of the book with scandalous cartoons featuring the prophet
  Mohammed. [...] The
  letter, addressed to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, voices
  the concern of 57 members of the OIC and calls
  on the UN to “take measures against” the plan, reports Interfax. [http://rt.com/news/islamic-un-stop-cartoons/]
• “Pakistan
  said it told the Dutch ambassador that it was incumbent on the
  Netherlands to prosecute
  Mr Wilders for defamation and deliberately
  hurting Muslim sentiments, the official Associated Press of
  Pakistan

For the benefit of those suffering from anal cranial
juxtaposition, I will clear away the chaff:

• never sought to limit
  freedom of expression
• urging
  the Danish
  government to stop the publication
• pressure
  Norway to stop publication
• told
  the Dutch ambassador
• to
  prosecute
  Mr Wilders

From the viewpoint of a rational and honest person,
Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu is a damned liar, having deliberately made an
egregiously untrue statement.  From the Islamic point of view, he
is not a liar because Islam does not recognize disbelievers as human,
denying our rights. They can not violate our freedom of expression
because we have none. Human rights do not apply to us in their point of
view.  The sanctity of life is conditioned on being Muslim.

[...]And if they say so,

them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah[...] [Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387]

Having exposed the most egregious deception, I will
continue fisking this screed, which is being widely propagated. I
perceive that this and related articles are the first wave of a tsunami
of pressure focused on the next General Assembly session beginning
September 20.

Norway attacks reinforce need for united stand against intoleranceEkmeleddin Ihsanoglu

Istanbul, Turkey – The horrific and tragic incident that happened in Norway reminds us again of the importance of combating religious intolerance1 and promoting cultural understanding2. Anti-Islam and anti-Muslim attitudes and activities3, known as Islamophobia, are increasingly finding place in the agenda of ultra-right wing4 political parties and civil societies in the West in their anti-immigrant5 and anti-multiculturalism6 policies, as was evident in the manifesto of the Norway killer7. Their views8 are being promoted under the banner of freedom of expression9 while claiming that Muslims do not respect that right. A few days before the Norway attack, on 15 July in Istanbul, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the United States agreed to a united stand on “[c]ombating intolerance10, negative stereotyping11 and stigmatization of12, and discrimination13, incitement to violence14, and violence against persons based on religion or belief15” through the implementation of UN Human Rights Council Resolution 16/18. The meeting – co-chaired by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and myself, with the attendance of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs together with the foreign ministers and officials of OIC member states and Western countries, as well as international organisations – reaffirmed the commitment of the participants to the effective implementation of the measures set in the resolution.16 This was a major step towards strengthening the foundations of tolerance and respect for religious diversity17 as well as enhancing the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms around the world18. The OIC, which was the initiator of Resolution 16/18, worked in close cooperation in the drafting process with the United States and the European Union in bringing about a breakthrough on 21 March. The 2011 HRC resolution is a genuine effort to usher in an era of understanding on the issue of religious intolerance. It gives the widest margin of freedom of expression, and reiterates the rejection of discrimination, incitement and stereotyping used by the other or against the symbols of the followers of religions. 19 The OIC has never sought to limit freedom of expression, give Islam preferential treatment, curtail creativity or allow discrimination against religious minorities in Muslim countries. The Islamic faith is based on tolerance and acceptance of other religions. It does not condone discrimination of human beings on the basis of caste, creed, colour or faith20. It falls on all the OIC member states as a sacred duty to protect the lives and property of their non-Muslim citizens and to treat them without discrimination of any form. Those elements who seek to harm or threaten minority citizens must be subjected to law. Our strong stand condemning violence perpetrated against non-Muslims whether in Iraq, Egypt or Pakistan has been consistent. No one has the right to insult another for their beliefs or to incite hatred and prejudice. That kind of behaviour is irresponsible and uncivilised. We also cannot overlook the fact that the world is diverse. The Western perception on certain issues would differ from those held by others. We need to be sensitive and appreciative of this reality, more so when it comes to criticising or expressing views on issues related to religion and culture. 21 The publication of offensive cartoons of the Prophet six years ago that sparked outrage across the Muslim world, the publicity around the film Fitna and the more recent Qur’an burnings represent incidents of incitement to hatred22 that fuel an atmosphere of dangerous mutual suspicion. Freedom of expression has to be exercised with responsibility23. At the same time, violent reactions to provocations are also irresponsible and uncivilised and we condemn them unequivocally. It is not enough to pass resolutions and laws against religious incitement. We should also be diligent in launching more initiatives and measures towards better intercultural dialogue and understanding at all levels – the political, social, business, media, academic and religious. Resolution 16/18 includes an eight-point approach that calls for various measures to foster tolerance, including developing collaborative networks to build mutual understanding and constructive action, creating appropriate mechanisms within the government to identify and address potential areas of tension between members of religious communities, and raising awareness at the local, national and international levels on the effects of negative religious stereotyping and incitement to religious hatred.    We must tolerate Islam, but Islam is not obligated to tolerate Judaism
   or Christianity. Tolerance is a one way street

   understanding, yeah, right. They do not want us to understand Islam,
   they want us to accept a false image; a web of lies spun by Islam and
   its apologists. What passes for cultural understanding is really
   kitman: deception by obfuscation.
2. Translation: resistance: Kuffar
   attempting to defend themselves and their culture. Phobia implies
   irrational fear and loathing. There is nothing irrational about
   loathing an institution which has a 1400 year track record of genocide,
   murdering an estimated 270*10⁶  people.
3. The VVP is not Nazi or fascist, it is
   democratic. The Secretary General is using loaded words as a smear
   tactic.
4. The Immigrants in question are
   primarily
   Muslims, living as parasites on the state and breeding like rats. They

   ‘martyrdom operations’.  It is obvious that Breivert adopted enemy
   doctrine & tactics. It is obvious that he is not sane. While
   objective facts reproduced in the manifesto remain true and accepted by
   others, the manifesto is his alone. The manifesto is violent, see pages
   1028 & 1344; rational resistance is educational and political, not
   violent. Ihsanoglu is engaging in smear tactics, attempting to tar
   others with Breivert’s violence.
7. Our views of Islam are founded on facts
   discovered in Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis &
   jurisprudence.  Check out ICCPR,
   Article 19. §1 guarantees the right to hold opinions. §2 guarantees
   freedom of expression.  The spewers of feces assert that rights
   are interdependent and cling bitterly to exaggerated ideas of Article
   20.
8. In America we have the Declaration of
   Independence; God gave us
   the right to live;  & Bill of
   rights. “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech.”
   If prohibited from truthfully communicating warning of approaching
   danger, we would be rendered defenseless. We perceive Islam to be a

1. If they were sincere about combating
   intolerance, they would outlaw the Qur’an because it inculcates
   intolerance.  Is there anything more intolerant than declaring us
   the worst
   of living creatures, cursing
   us and declaring
   perpetual war against us?
2. When we share the facts outlined in point 9 above, we are accused
   of negative stereotyping. Exposing
   the fact that Allah commands Muslims to wage war against us, Moe
   confirmed the imperative & implemented it and Islamic law codifies
   it is not negative stereotyping, it is revealing objective factual
   reality. It does not mean that every Muslim is violent, it means that
   Islam requires every Muslim to pray for, pay for and or participate in
   aggressive conquest.

   resolution’s authors and few will read 8:65, 9:38-39, 9:123 & 61:10-12 to learn why it should be. The Motoons simply depicted Moe as a terrorist, which,
   by his own admission, he was. They did not suggest that viewers should
   assault or wage war upon Muslims. The associated violence was incited
   by Imams in Mosques, not by the cartoonists or publisher.  Fitna, the short documentary by Geert Wilders,
   displayed the incitement contained in the Qur’an, which flows through
   Mosques.  Fitna did not incite violence, Imams did, resulting in
   riots.  They are demanding that all criticism of Islam be
   outlawed, twisting and perverting language in the process.

CNN.Com’s European outlet has a reminder of what
the Secretary General said about Fitna, the documentary video by Geert
Wilders.

After the
release of the film, a number of international organizations released
statements or otherwise responded to the film. United
Nations’ Secretary-General Ban
Ki-moon stated on
on March 28, 2008 that

I condemn, in the strongest terms, the airing of Geert Wilders’
offensively anti-Islamic film. There is no justification for hate
speech or incitement to violence. The right of free expression is not
at stake here. I acknowledge the efforts of the Government of the
Netherlands to stop the broadcast of this film, and appeal for calm to
those understandably offended by it. Freedom must always be accompanied
by social responsibility.^[133][134]

15. If they really gave a damn about violence
    against persons based
    on their religion, they would be acting to protect Christians in Muslim
    dominated areas of Iraq, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria and
    other places where Christians are bombed, shot, burned and hacked to
    death with impunity.
16. If there was any possibility of balanced & effective implementation the resolution, no Muslim
    would vote for it because it would require the outlawing of
    Islam.
17. Tolerance respect
    for diversity? Really? Yeah, right. “Truly,
    the religion with Allâh is Islâm“. “Allâh!
    Lâ ilahâ illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), “

    -6- are forbidden to openly display wine or pork,
    (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or
    Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;

    -7- and are forbidden to build new churches.

18. What right is more fundamental than the
    right to life?  “then
    kill the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and
    capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every
    ambush.” “It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war
    (and free them with ransom) until he had made a
    great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land.” Get a clue: our
    blood and property are not sacred to Muslims.
19. The sentence is unmitigated
    hypocrisy. What did Ban Ki-moon say about Fitna? Something about “hate
    speech” & “incitement”. Oh, yes, he said that freedom of expression
    was “not involved:.   Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu  called it a
    “deliberate act of discrimination”  intended to “provoke unrest
    and intolerance.  Reality check: Fitna shows the  violent
    Qur’an verses side by side with the Imams who  invoke them and the
    resulting riots.  Describing is not doing.
20. Like most Muslim screeds, this one is redundant. One lie must be
    pointed out: discrimination. Reliance of
    the Traveller is Islamic law. This provision affects conquered Jews
    & Christians.

    Such non-Muslim subjects are obliged to
    comply with Islamic rules that pertain to the safety and indemnity of
    life, reputation, and property. In addition, they:

21. Diversity, yeah, right.  Because
    there is more than one “religion” in the world, we must not mention the
    fact that one of them is a war cult, hellbent on conquering us, not a

22. Incitement to hatred? Muhammad
    bragged about being made victorious with terror. Allah declared that he
    would cast terror. Allah declared that he cast terror, resulting in the
    death of the men of a Jewish settlement and the enslavement of their
    widows and orphans. The fatal facts of Islam are truly worthy of hatred
    and contempt but exposing them is not incitement.
23. Those of us who have become familiar with the damnable doctrines
    & practices of Islam have a responsibility
    to share our knowledge with our fellows and to encourage them to read
    Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis &
    jurisprudence.  There is no responsibility to be silent or soft
    pedal the truth.
24. Examine the resolution’s
    call to action :

    the causes of discrimination, and evolving strategies to counter these

    intolerance, including advocacy of religious

    incitement to imminent violence based on religion or belief; {Review
    the definitions implicit in criticisms of Fitna and the Motoons!!!}

     

    (g)
    Understanding the need to combat denigration and negative religious
    stereotyping of persons, as well as incitement to religious hatred, by strategizing and
    harmonizing actions at the local, national, regional and
    international levels through, inter alia, education
    and awareness-building;  {Indoctrination.}

     

    (h)
    Recognizing that the open, constructive and respectful debate of ideas,
    as well as interfaith and intercultural dialogue at the local, national
    and international levels, can play a positive role in combating
    religious hatred, incitement and violence;

    6. Calls upon all States:

    (a) To
    take effective
    measures to ensure that public functionaries in the conduct of
    their public duties do not discriminate against an individual on the
    basis of religion or belief;

    (b) To
    foster religious freedom and pluralism by promoting the ability of
    members of all religious communities to manifest their religion, and to
    contribute openly and on an equal footing to society;

    (c) To
    encourage the representation and meaningful participation of
    individuals, irrespective of their religion, in all sectors of society;

    (d) To
    make a strong
    effort to counter religious profiling, which is understood to be
    the invidious use of religion as a criterion in conducting
    questionings, searches and other law enforcement investigative
    procedures;

    7. Encourages States to consider
    providing updates on efforts made in this regard as part of ongoing
    reporting to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for
    Human Rights;

    8. Calls upon States to adopt
    measures and policies to promote the full respect for and protection of
    places of worship and religious sites, cemeteries and shrines, and to
    take measures in cases where they are vulnerable to vandalism or
    destruction;

    9. Calls for strengthened
    international efforts to foster a global dialogue for the promotion of
    a culture of tolerance and peace at all levels, based on respect for
    human rights and diversity of religions and beliefs, and decides to
    convene a panel discussion on this issue at its seventeenth session,
    within existing resources.

April Fools: Assumptions and Superficiality Make Fools of You

Since the passage of the latest UNHRC resolution combating Islamophobia, the headlines keep flowing at an accelerating pace. Here is a sample

  • The Council also dropped the longstanding though much-criticized “defamation of religions” concept, which in years past raised concerns of encroachment on freedom of expression.

What do the headline writers have in common?  They failed to read and comprehend  A/HRC/16/L.38 and the statements made in support of it in the HRC.

¶5 of the resolution “notes” the remarks of Secretary-General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu … “and draws on his call on States to take the following actions”. … Did anyone bother to refer to that address?  The relevant paragraphs are reproduced below with emphasis added.

Islamophobia. is a contemporary manifestation of racism and the phenomenon must be addressed in that context. It is matter of priority for the OIC that must not be treated as merely   a   numbers   game.   It   indeed  threatens   the   multi-cultural fabric ofour societies. Most importantly, it poses a clear   and   present   danger   to   international   efforts   geared towards peace stability and security, in both the regional as well as global context. Accordingly it needs to figure into the strategic calculations of the international community in our bid to bequeath a peaceful abode for the future generations.

OIC has a principled position against defamation of any religion, dehumanization of the followers or denigration of
symbols sacred to all religions. The developments including the ban of construction of minarets, the attempts
towards burning of Quran and the use of Islamophobia as an instrument of electoral politics are ominous. There is an
urgent need to initiate and sustain what I would like to term as ‘preventive cultural diplomacy’. We need to move
beyond event based calls for action to create spaces for structured engagement. The Human Rights framework
provides with a concrete basis for this engagement. We believe that the workshops on incitement to hatred under
the Durban mandate constitute and important avenue for a synthesis aimed at bridging the divergence of views. I
reiterate my call, during the 15th Session of the Council, for establishing an Observatory at the Office of the High
Commissioner to monitor acts of defamation of all religions or incitement to hatred or violence on religious grounds as
a first step towards concerted action at the international level. Let me also recall that I had outlined eight areas of
action for consideration by states, at both the national and international level, with a view to dealing with defamation
issue. I am pleased to note that the proposal has found some resonance.

The OIC has shown flexibility in negotiations with our partners over the past couple of years and we would now
expect some reciprocity. The perception that supporting the resolution would throttle one’s right to freedom
expression is only a myth. Freedom of expression will always be upheld but it cannot be allowed to be a tool to
use for inciting fear and hate.
I would like to take this opportunity to say that I felt encouraged by some positive and constructive proposals in
finding a way forward on the text of the Resolution. If there is a genuine political will on the part of all to address the
issue of incitement of hatred against religions in earnest, I am confident that we can achieve a consensus.

Lets take the last term first. Exactly what does that phrase mean?  How is it defined and exemplified?

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.”

From that concrete example we discover that incitement includes exposing the nexus between Islamic scripture & oral tradition with terrorism & mob violence.

Exactly why is defamation of Islam mentioned three times in a speech promoting a resolution which supposedly lays that concept to rest?  The resolution is presented as protecting individuals, not religions.  This address to the HRC demonstrates the fallacy of that presentation.

It is not about the human rights of individuals, as pretended; it is about Islamophobia.  Burning the Qur’an is not an offense against individuals, it is an expression  of revulsion at the evil acts mandated by that accursed book.

A handful of congressional candidates exposed Islam in campaign speeches and advertisements.  That is not an offense against individuals, it is discussion of common sense public policy issues.  The subject matter of our political campaigns is not a proper subject of international legislation or resolutions.

What race is Islam?  There are Muslims of all colors due to Islam’s widespread conquest.  Of course, Islam is against racism, isn’t it?

Denigration of symbols?  They thought this was a human rights issue!  Only Allah has the right to be worshiped. Only Allah has the right to rule and govern.  If those are human rights, Allah must be human. When will he appear in court to testify against those who blaspheme against him?  When some goes to a book store, wastes $25. on a Qur’an and burns it, whose human rights are violated?  When I expose its content and curse it, what human rights are violated?

Exactly how does the Swiss minaret ban violate anyone’s human rights?  The minaret is not a divine manifestation. Where is it mentioned in the Qur’an? Need I remind you that Shari’ah forbids Christians to build churches?

The defamation of Islam concept has not been dropped, neither has it been laid to rest. The headlines are a cruel hoax, not an April Fool joke. Those who wrote them are perennial fools, always blooming, without season.

Also, Your assumption that non muslims were not to recieve the same treatment as muslims is also flawed (they say “children” not muslim childrens, and during this time they were at war with…..you guessed it, non muslims.) If muhammed was only at war with non muslims, then how in gods name do you explain it? ³

Islam has first drawn a clear line of distinction between the combatants and the non-combatants of the enemy country. As far as the non-combatant population is concerned such as women, children, the old and the infirm, etc., the instructions of the Prophet are as follows:

“Do not kill any old person, any child or any woman” (Abu Dawud). “Do not kill the monks in monasteries” or “Do not kill the people who are sitting in places of worship” (Musnad of Ibn Hanbal).

During a war, the Prophet saw the corpse of a woman lying on the ground and observed: “She was not fighting. How then she came to be killed?” From this statement of the Prophet the exegetists and jurists have drawn the principle that those who are non-combatants should not be killed during or after the war

Dead bodies have no value on the slave market.  Turn to 33:26-27.  What happened to those women and children?  Islamic law has a clue for you.

4. There are plenty of contradictory hadith, Moe allowed killing children in night raids and when using catapaults to throw burning projectiles.  Cherry picking does not overcome the fatal facts:

• The Qur’an mandates jihad.
• Allah commands Muslims to fight.
• Moe confirmed the command.
• Islamic law confirms the command.
• Islamic history is a long string of raids, ghazwats & conquests.
• Moe bragged about winning with terror.
• The Sheikh lied, and I proved it.

If terrorism is harram, then Moe is hellbound.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:
Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.
2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.

That is the testimony of Moe’s bosom buddies who fought shoulder to shoulder with him, not his enemies.  The facts are fatal to the  big lie.

First of all, Taquiiya is a shia muslim concept, not a sunni one. as a sunnin, abdullah would not be one to utilize it¹ . two, taquiyya means saying that your not a muslim. Also, it’s possible to make an enemy fear you by kicking their asses in military combat.²

The Qur’an commands Muslims to make a proper declaration of war prior to the commencement of military operations. Thus, surprise attacks are illegal under the Islamic jurisprudence. The Qur’an had similarly commanded Muhammad to give his enemies, who had violated the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, a time period of four months to reconsider their position and negotiate.[25] This rule, however, is not binding if the adversary has already started the war.[26] Forcible prevention of religious practice is considered an act of war.[27]

Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliyâ (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allâh in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. (unless you indeed fear a danger from them) meaning, except those believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers. In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly. For instance, Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda’ said, “We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.” Al-Bukhari said that Al-Hasan said, “The Tuqyah is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.” [The Prohibition of Supporting the Disbelievers]

59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

8:60. Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.

It may be possible, but when one settlement surrendered, Moe had the men and adolescent boys  decapitated, enslaving the rest.  People with common sense will perceive that conquest is undesirable even without genocide.  On page 131 of The Life of Muhammad, he is quoted thusly: “By him who holds my life in His hand I bring you slaughter.’”

4. Muslims who deviate from the standard, such as Ahmadiyya, are the exception which proves the rule.

6. Define oppression.  Islam’s definition is any resistance to domination by Muslims.  I am not jumping into any semantic traps. The accursed Qur’an is absolutely clear on this matter, there is no possibility of misinterpretation of these verses.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).

7.  Shaffi’ite Fiqh is explicit on this matter: if there is no caliph, no permission is required.

o9.6 It is offensive to conduct a military expedition against hostile non-Muslims without the caliph’s permission (A: though if there is no caliph (def: o25), no permission is required).

If jihad is possible but neglected, everyone who knew of the fard al-kifaya and neglected it is in a state of sin.
Book o9.1 makes this clear, and also informs us that offensive jihad is an annual obligation.

[...]If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.[...]

8.  Jihad is not an anachronism. Moe explicitly stated that it would be performed continuously until Judgment Day and cursed Muslims in the eventuality of its abandonment.

Sunan  Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2526

Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, “There is no god but Allah” and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine decree.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

1.) You cited tamiynna at one point. That is athe sign of a poor scholar, since most muslims considere him utterly unreliable and jhave done so for almost the entire time that his works have been known. only hte shalafi sect heeds him with any real seriousness.

Reply to Ryan on What’s Wrong With Islam/Muslims?

The true nature of Islam: a continuing criminal enterprise which propagates perpetual warfare for profit while camouflaged by a  false mantle of religion, is mired in a deep and extensive swamp of denial. I repeatedly attack this issue because it is necessary to drain the swamp one drop at a time.

What’s Wrong With Islam/Muslims? at Islamophobia: Exposing Malicious Malarkey received a visit from Ryan, who left a comment which merits a  better reply  than a simple comment.  Likening my analysis to dog excrement, he  made three points. [Typographical errors original.]

1.) Jihad means “struggle”. That is the literal arabic interpretation of the word. What is more, there have bbeen cases of jihad being conducted AGAINST OTHER MUSLIMS. Not to mentioon that there are muslim scholars who disagree with the definition provided in reliance of a traveller (which is one of many jurisprudence manuals). And there are four types of jihad, and jihad follows set rules (don’t kill civillians, don’t attack civillian targets). 

2.) You claim that 60:1 is clear proof muslims aren’t allowed to befriend non musims. verses 60:8 and 60:9 disagree. There are even verses in the quran which state that jews and christians can go to heaven.

3.) You make the mistake of assuming that all islamic manuals agree on what defines jihad. The truth is a hell of lot more complex, and there are scholars who have had differing interpetations. Just because a few guys have that interpreation odesn’t mean all scholars do.

1. When words are translated into actions, the actions give us the clearest possible indication of their meaning.  Turn to page 385 of Guillaume’s translation of The Life of Muhammad, where the story of  Amr b.al-Jamuh   is retold. “He came to the apostle and told him that his sons wanted to keep him back and prevent his joining the army, ‘Yet by God, I hope to tread the heavenly garden despite my lameness.’ The apostle said, ‘God has excused you, and Jihad is not incumbent on you;’ and to his sons he said, ‘You need not prevent him; perhaps God will favour him with martyrdom,’ so he went along with him and was killed at Uhud.” A parallel story is found in Sahih Bukhari 4.52.84, explaining 4:95, which exempts the lame and blind.
   There are 178 instances of “raid” in the Life of Muhammad, and 27 instances of “conquest”.
2. A search for “take not” in the Noble Qur’an [Hilali & Khan] returns 7 Surahs; these are the ayat prohibiting positive relations with Kuffar: 3:118, 4: 89, 144, 5: 51, 57, 9:23, 60: 1, 13.  Moe curses us in 2:161 & 9:30.  Sahih Muslim 6665 & 6666 say that Allah will take Muslims out of the fire, replacing them with Jews and Christians.
3. Jihad is covered in Ch 30 of Al-Risala, Maliki Fiqh and Al-Hedaya, Vol II, Book IX, Hanifi Fiqh.  Which of them contradicts Reliance significantly? The meaning of jihad is not dependent on any single scholar. It becomes clear when we perceive the congruent pattern formed by Moe’s recitation & sunnah.

Surah Al-Anfal treats of perpetual wars of aggression against pagans, the termination of which is conditioned on the cessation of resistance and a global monopoly for Islam.  (8:39:1) And fight them waqātilūhum

Surah At-Taubah treats of perpetual wars of aggression against ‘people of the book’, the termination of which is conditioned on subjugation and extortion.
(9:29:1) Fight qātilū

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

The Qur’an contains two parallel fight-until loops and the hadith has a similar loop reflecting them.  Is that mere coincidence?  Get a God blessed clue!

That is a significant sample of the table of contents of Part III of The Life of Muhammad.  What was Moe commanded to do?  What did he do??  Do you remain clueless???

Muslim apologists will assert that Moe only fought defensively, citing 2:190 and  22:39.   What? Does “fight them until” only apply after they attack Muslims?  Get a God blessed clue!

Moe dictated and dispatched extortion letters.  This is among the most explicit thereof.

LETTER TO THE CHIEFS OF AQABA 

In the name of ALLAH the compassionate, the Merciful

From Muhammad, Prophet of Allah

To the People of Aqaba

May peace be on you. I praise Allah who is one and except whom there is nobody else to be worshipped.

I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers. My messengers deserve honour. Treat them with respect. Whatever pleases my messengers, will also please me.

These people have been informed of the orders about Jiziya. If you desire that there should be peace and security in the world, obey Allah and His Prophet. Thereafter none in Arabia and Ajam (Iran) shall dare cast an evil eye on you. But the rights of Allah and His Prophet can at no time be waived.

If you do not accept these terms and set them aside, I do not need your presents and gifts. In that case, I shall have to wage war (to establish peace and security). Its result would be that the big ones shall be killed in war and the commoners shall be taken prisoners.

I assure you that I am a true Prophet of Allah. I believe in Allah, and His Books, and His Prophets and am of the faith that Maseeh (Messiah) son of Mariam (Mary), is a Prophet of Allah and His word.

Hurmala (Raziallah AnhoA.) who brought to me 3 wasaq (about 6 quintals) of barley, recommended your case. Had it not been in compliance of the command of Allah and the good opinion of Hurmala for you, it would not have been necessary for me to correspond with you and instead of it, there would have been a war. If you will obey my messengers, you shall immediately have my support and the help and support of everyone who is attached to me.

My messengers are Shuraih-beel, Obaiy, Hurmala and Hurais (Raziallah AnhoA.) and whatever decision they take in respect of you, shall be acceptable to me.

Your people are under the protection and responsibility of Allah and His Prophet.

Supply provisions to the Jews of Maqna, for their journey to their country.

If you accept obedience, may peace be on you.’

Moe sent an extortion letter to the Jews at the Khaibar Oasis. Then he sent his army. Who started that war? Did the Jews attack first?

Sheikh Tahir-ul-Qadri’s terrorism Fatwa: Bogus!

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has issued a 600 page fatwa, written in Urdu, which he hopes to have translated and published in English.
The fatwa is entitled: FATWA ON SUICIDE BOMBINGS AND TERRORISM. I have linked the title to an 88 page English summary in pdf format.  It is likely that when published in English, the fatwa will appear on or near this minhaj books page.

Taken at face value, the fatwa appears to condemn violence against civilian populations without reservation. It places the greatest emphasis on condemning attacks against Muslims, particularly against Mosques.  Unfortunately, I can not accept the fatwa at face value.

Cherry Picking: quote out of context

Beware of trickery: quoting the Qur’an out of context to distort the meaning of an ayeah, giving it a false application.
This occurs on page 52 of the description & summary where, writing about the terrorists, this citation is made:

The Holy Qur’an has vividly described them in this verse:
“It is those whose entire struggle is wasted in worldly life, but they presume they are doing very good works.” (Al-Qur’an, 18: 104)

In fact, that verse describes disbelievers; Jews & Christians. Observe the context. [Hilali & Khan quoted, linked to Pickthall, Shakir & Yusuf Ali; links below to Hilali & Khan and ten parallel translations Emphasis added for clarity.]

18:100. And on that Day We shall present Hell to the disbelievers, plain to view,

18:101. (To) Those whose eyes had been under a covering from My Reminder (this Qur’ân), and who could not bear to hear (it).

18:102. Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allâh's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliyâ’ (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism).

18:103. Say (O Muhammad ): “Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds?

18:104. “Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds!

18:105. “They are those who deny the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight.

18:106. “That shall be their recompense, Hell; because they disbelieved and took My Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and My Messengers by way of jest and mockery.

On page 33, a new section begins, entitled “THE QUESTIONS THAT SPRING TO  MIND AND THEIR BRIEF ANSWERS”

Q: The first question in this connection that concerns all relates to use of force to spread beliefs: is it lawful for a group or organisation to use force to promote and put into effect their own creed and beliefs in the name of reforming others’ beliefs and ideologies, presuming themselves to be on the right path? Does Islam allow, somehow, the killing of people because of  ideological differences, looting their wealth and properties and destroying mosques, religious places and shrines?.

A: Islam is a religion of peace and safety that champions love and harmony in society. According to Islamic teachings, only such a person will be called a Muslim at whose hands the lives and properties of all innocent Muslims and non-Muslims remain safe and unhurt. The sanctity of human life and its protection occupies a fundamental place in Islamic law. Taking anyone’s life for  nothing is an act that is forbidden and unlawful. Rather, in some cases, it amounts to infidelity.[...]  [Emphasis added, spelling original.]

Is it lawful for Islam to use force to promote and establish itself’; to make it superior over all other religions? Let us consult Reliance of the Traveller, the handbook of Shari’ah.

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29),

the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

“I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,”

this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ). [Emphasis & link added.]

Does Islam allow killing people because they are not Muslims and seizing their  property?  Once again, we turn first to Shari’ah for the answer. Book O, Chapter 9, Section 25 lists  eight duties of subordinate rulers. The last item in the list is of interest to us.

O25.9-8- and if the area has a border adjacent to enemy lands, an eighth duty arises, namely to undertake jihad against enemies, dividing the spoils of battle among combatants, and setting aside fifth (def: o10.3) for deserving recipients.

Of course that could only refer to established enemies of Islam who have been harassing & attacking Muslims, right?  Wrong!

O9.1The Obligatory Character of Jihad

[...] In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year. [...]

Muslims have an annually recurring communal obligation to attack disbelievers even though they are in their own countries, peacefully attending their own domestic affairs.  Allow killing people and taking their property?  No, it is required, not allowed.

According to the Sheikh, ” Islam is a religion of peace…at whose hands the lives and properties of all …innocent non-Muslims remain safe and unhurt”. The truth is that Allah issued imperatives to wage jihad against pagans until resistance ceases and  Allah has a monopoly; against Jews & Christians until they are subjugated and make annual extortion payments.  When we read Surahs al-Anfal & at-Taubah, we learn that Islam is permanent war.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

So all innocent people remain safe and secure in their property?  Caution!  Words spoken by Muslims do not mean what you want them to mean, their meaning is assigned by the Muslims who speak them. Innocent means Muslim.  If you are not Muslim, you are a rebel against Allah, waging war against him.

Another question and answer, found on pages 36 & 37 respectively,  provides more proof   that the fatwa is malignant maundery.

Q: The third question arises: does Islam offer clear commands on the sanctity of human life? Is it lawful to
kidnap and assassinate foreign delegates and innocent  and peaceful non-Muslim citizens to avenge the
injustices and disruption of the non-Muslim global powers?

A: The importance Islam lays on the sanctity and dignity of human life can be gauged from the fact that
Islam does not allow indiscriminate killing even when Muslim armies are engaged in war against enemy
troops. The killing of children, women, the old, infirm, religious leaders and traders is strictly prohibited. Nor
can those who surrender their arms, confine themselves to their homes and seek shelter of anyone
be killed. The public cannot be massacred. Likewise, places of worship, buildings, crops and even trees
cannot be destroyed. On the one hand, there is a clear set of Islamic laws based on extreme discretion, and on
the other, there are people who invoke the name of Islam to justify the indiscriminate killing of people,
children, and women everywhere, without any distinction of religion or identity. It is a pity that such
barbaric people still refer to their activities as Jihad.

Lets see what Muhammad, the founder of Islam said about the sanctity of human life.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims and we have no rights until we become Muslim.  Now let us examine the proscription on killing women and children; surely it must  be founded on morality?

Muslim Book 019, Number 4294:
It has been reported from Sulaiman b. Buraid through his father that when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) appointed anyone as leader of an army or detachment he would especially exhort him to fear Allah and to be good to the Muslims who were with him. He would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children. [...]

Note the acts which would defile and profane a holy war; two of them are relevant to our quest for truth.

  • do not embezzle the spoils
  • do not kill the children

What do embezzlement and killing children have in common?  Our first hint will come from Shari’ah.

O9.13

When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.

Is it clear to you yet?  If not, Ibn Taimiyyah  has the final clue for you, from The Religious and Moral Doctrine On Jihad.

As for those who cannot offer resistance or cannot fight, such as women, children, monks, old people, the blind, handicapped and their likes, they shall not be killed, unless they actually fight with words [e.g. by propaganda] and acts [e.g. by spying or otherwise assisting in the warfare].

Some [jurists] are of the opinion that all of them may be killed, on the mere ground that they are unbelievers, but they make an exception for women and children since they constitute property for Muslims.

I emphasized the most critical clause in case there might be some readers with limited comprehension skills. The proscription on killing women and children is economic, not moral.

In the matter of those who surrendered; the Sheikh asserts that they must not be killed. Muhammad’s excellent companions reveal the truth.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 280:

Narrated Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri:

When the tribe of Bani Quraiza was ready to accept Sad’s judgment, Allah’s Apostle sent for Sad who was near to him. Sad came, riding a donkey and when he came near, Allah’s Apostle said (to the Ansar), “Stand up for your leader.” Then Sad came and sat beside Allah’s Apostle who said to him. “These people are ready to accept your judgment.” Sad said, “I give the judgment that their warriors should be killed and their children and women should be taken as prisoners.” The Prophet then remarked, “O Sad! You have judged amongst them with (or similar to) the judgment of the King Allah.”

So, what did Muhammad do?

Sunan  Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.

They surrendered after a long siege, Muhammad decapitated them and threw them into a trench, then he did the same to their adolescent sons. Can you say genocide?  Can you recognize the fact that, like all Muslims, the learned Sheikh is a liar; that his fatwa is  malignant manure?  If not, then do the nation a favor, burn your voter registration card.

Who turned Islam into an instrument of misery, and when?

Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512:
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, “Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned.” Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet . The Prophet made her manumission as her ‘Mahr’.

No, it was not Abd Al-Wahhab in recent times, it was Islam’s founder in the 7th century. Moe was the one who recited ayat which sanctify & mandate Jihad, genocide & casting terror. Those ayat are Allah’s words, which can not be changed; they are clear commands which must be believed and implemented. Shariah, codified in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, lists acts which entail apostasy.

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does [not] belong to it;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet’s message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala’iyya (y4), 423-24). )

The law defining & prescribing Jihad follows immediately after that list in Chapter 9.  If King Abdullah sincerely seeks to permanently terminate Jihad, genocide & terrorism, then he has severed himself from true Islam and risks his throne and his life to the anger of the Ikhwan Al-Islamiyyah among his zealous subjects.

Throughout history, preoccupation with differences between the followers of religions and cultures has engendered intolerance, causing devastating wars and considerable bloodshed without any sound logical or ideological justification. It is high time for us to learn from the harsh lessons of the past and concur on the ethics and ideals in which we all believe. Matters on which we differ will be decided by our Omniscient Creator on the Day of Judgment. Every tragedy suffered in today’s world is ultimately a result of the abandonment of the paramount principle enunciated by all religions and cultures: The roots of all global crises can be found in human denial of the eternal principle of justice.

• 3:19. Truly, the religion with Allah is Islam. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, then surely, Allah is Swift in calling to account.
• Allah states that there is no religion accepted with Him from any person, except Islam. The Religion with Allah is Islam
• Islam is the Religion of Mankind and the Prophet Was Sent to all Mankind
• 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.
• The Only Valid Religion To Allah is Islam
• The Messenger of Allah stated that no two religions should remain in the Arabian Peninsula, and the Jews and Christians should be expelled from it, all praise is due to Allah.  The Good News that Islam shall prevail

• Ideological justification? How about Allah’s commandment & Moe’s sunnah?

Terrorism and criminality are the enemies of every religion and every civilization. They would not have appeared except for the absence of the principle of tolerance.

• Terrorism is a mandatory sacrament of Islam, practiced & bragged about by Moe. 
• 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allah, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers).
• 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.“
• 33:26.  And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
• Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
   Narrated Abu Huraira:

      Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy),[...]

The alienation and the sense of loss which affects the lives of many of or young, leading them to drugs and crime, became widespread due to the dissolution of family bonds that Almighty God intended to be firm and strong.

That is one of the standard arguments of Dawa, inviting you to embrace Islam.

Our dialogue, conducted in a constructive manner, should, by the grace of God, revive and reinstate these lofty ideals among peoples and nations. No doubt, God willing, this will constitute a glorious triumph of what is most noble over what is most evil in human beings and will grant mankind hope of a future in which justice, security and a decent life will prevail over injustice, fear and poverty.

What is most noble? Islam! What is most evil? Kuffar!  And the utopian future of plenty? It is prophesied in Moe’s Sunnah.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 55, Number 657:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it.” Abu Huraira added “If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book): — ‘And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e Jesus as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness Against them.” (4.159) (See Fateh Al Bari, Page 302 Vol 7)

I can assure them and all the states of the world, their peoples, their leaders and their organizations, that our concern for the dialogue stems from our Islamic faith and values and our compassion for the human condition in order to overcome its miseries.

We will continue what we have commenced, extending our hand to all those advocating peace, justice and tolerance.

In conclusion, I would like to remind all of you, and myself, of the words of the Holy Qur’an:
“O Mankind! We have created you from a single pair of a male and female, and made you into nations and tribes, so that ye may know each other. Very, the most honored of you in the sight of God is he who is the most righteous of you.“[49:13]

Ain’t that sweet, we’re all created by allah so we should get to know each other and be brothers. Lets delve a little deeper.

(O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another.) so that they get to know each other by their nation or tribe. Mujahid said that Allah’s statement, (that you may know one another.) refers to one’s saying, “So-and-so the son of so-and-so, from the tribe of so-and-so.” Sufyan Ath-Thawri said, “The Himyar (who resided in Yemen) dealt with each other according to their provinces, while the Arabs in the Hijaz (Western Arabia) dealt with each other according to their tribes.”[Second Tafsir linked below. ]

Allah was talking about a system of identification; appending tribal names to surnames to tell people apart.

    Allah’s slave left off a significant clause at the end of that ayeh. 

Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that (believer) who has At-Taqwa [i.e. one of the Muttaqûn (pious - see V.2:2)]. Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.

The next two ayat convey important information: the defining test of Iman & Tawqa, which is highlighted for clarity.

49:14.  The bedouins say: “We believe.” Say: “You believe not but you only say, ‘We have surrendered (in Islam),’ for Faith has not yet entered your hearts. But if you obey Allah and His Messenger (), He will not decrease anything in reward for your deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allah. Those! They are the truthful.

    If, as I assume, he extends the forked tongue of al-Taqeyya & hand of trickery, our ecclesiastical & temporal leaders would do well to react with caution, count their fingers and listen between the lines.

Who turned Islam into an instrument of misery, and when?

Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512:
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, “Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned.” Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet . The Prophet made her manumission as her ‘Mahr’.

No, it was not Abd Al-Wahhab in recent times, it was Islam’s founder in the 7th century. Moe was the one who recited ayat which sanctify & mandate Jihad, genocide & casting terror. Those ayat are Allah’s words, which can not be changed; they are clear commands which must be believed and implemented. Shariah, codified in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, lists acts which entail apostasy.

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does [not] belong to it;

-20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet’s message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala’iyya (y4), 423-24). )

The law defining & prescribing Jihad follows immediately after that list in Chapter 9.  If King Abdullah sincerely seeks to permanently terminate Jihad, genocide & terrorism, then he has severed himself from true Islam and risks his throne and his life to the anger of the Ikhwan Al-Islamiyyah among his zealous subjects.

Throughout history, preoccupation with differences between the followers of religions and cultures has engendered intolerance, causing devastating wars and considerable bloodshed without any sound logical or ideological justification. It is high time for us to learn from the harsh lessons of the past and concur on the ethics and ideals in which we all believe. Matters on which we differ will be decided by our Omniscient Creator on the Day of Judgment. Every tragedy suffered in today’s world is ultimately a result of the abandonment of the paramount principle enunciated by all religions and cultures: The roots of all global crises can be found in human denial of the eternal principle of justice.

• 3:19. Truly, the religion with Allah is Islam. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, then surely, Allah is Swift in calling to account.
• Allah states that there is no religion accepted with Him from any person, except Islam. The Religion with Allah is Islam
• Islam is the Religion of Mankind and the Prophet Was Sent to all Mankind
• 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

• The Messenger of Allah stated that no two religions should remain in the Arabian Peninsula, and the Jews and Christians should be expelled from it, all praise is due to Allah.  The Good News that Islam shall prevail
• “Two deens shall not co-exist in the Arabian Peninsula.”
• Ideological justification? How about Allah’s commandment & Moe’s sunnah?
• 8:39And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

• Justice: its just for Muslims. The blood & property of Kuffar are not sacred to Muslims until we submit and join them in slavery to Allah.

Terrorism and criminality are the enemies of every religion and every civilization. They would not have appeared except for the absence of the principle of tolerance.

• Terrorism is a mandatory sacrament of Islam, practiced & bragged about by Moe. 
• 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allah, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers).
• 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.“
• 33:26.  And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
• Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
   Narrated Abu Huraira:

      Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy),[...]

The alienation and the sense of loss which affects the lives of many of or young, leading them to drugs and crime, became widespread due to the dissolution of family bonds that Almighty God intended to be firm and strong.

That is one of the standard arguments of Dawa, inviting you to embrace Islam.

Our dialogue, conducted in a constructive manner, should, by the grace of God, revive and reinstate these lofty ideals among peoples and nations. No doubt, God willing, this will constitute a glorious triumph of what is most noble over what is most evil in human beings and will grant mankind hope of a future in which justice, security and a decent life will prevail over injustice, fear and poverty.

What is most noble? Islam! What is most evil? Kuffar!  And the utopian future of plenty? It is prophesied in Moe’s Sunnah.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 55, Number 657:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it.” Abu Huraira added “If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book): — ‘And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e Jesus as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness Against them.” (4.159) (See Fateh Al Bari, Page 302 Vol 7)

I can assure them and all the states of the world, their peoples, their leaders and their organizations, that our concern for the dialogue stems from our Islamic faith and values and our compassion for the human condition in order to overcome its miseries.

We will continue what we have commenced, extending our hand to all those advocating peace, justice and tolerance.

In conclusion, I would like to remind all of you, and myself, of the words of the Holy Qur’an:
“O Mankind! We have created you from a single pair of a male and female, and made you into nations and tribes, so that ye may know each other. Very, the most honored of you in the sight of God is he who is the most righteous of you.“[49:13]

Ain’t that sweet, we’re all created by allah so we should get to know each other and be brothers. Lets delve a little deeper.

(O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another.) so that they get to know each other by their nation or tribe. Mujahid said that Allah’s statement, (that you may know one another.) refers to one’s saying, “So-and-so the son of so-and-so, from the tribe of so-and-so.” Sufyan Ath-Thawri said, “The Himyar (who resided in Yemen) dealt with each other according to their provinces, while the Arabs in the Hijaz (Western Arabia) dealt with each other according to their tribes.”[Second Tafsir linked below. ]

Allah was talking about a system of identification; appending tribal names to surnames to tell people apart.

    Allah’s slave left off a significant clause at the end of that ayeh.
